What to expect

Practical support, not representation

These services are suitable for litigants in person who want to feel more organised before a hearing or seek quiet practical support during an appropriate hearing.

A McKenzie Friend does not automatically have the right to address the court, examine witnesses or conduct litigation. Attendance and assistance are always subject to the court’s directions and control.
