If you have an upcoming family court hearing, I can discuss attending with you as a McKenzie Friend, wherever your hearing is taking place in the UK.
I am based in Buckinghamshire but can travel nationally for suitable hearings.
McKenzie Friend attendance may include:

- Quiet assistance during the hearing, where permitted

Attendance is subject to the court's control, applicable rules and any directions made in the particular proceedings. A McKenzie Friend does not automatically have the right to address the court, question witnesses or conduct litigation on a client's behalf. Clients remain responsible for presenting and conducting their own case.
Different rules apply across the UK. For hearings outside England and Wales, availability and the nature of any assistance depend on the applicable local court rules and whether attendance is permitted. The England and Wales McKenzie Friend guidance should not be assumed to apply identically in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
